Marc Giannone, CFP®
CEO | Managing Partner
Marc brings years of experience helping families pursue clarity and confidence in their financial lives. As President of Eaton-Cambridge, Marc leads the firm’s vision and strategy while working closely with the team to serve clients with wisdom and care. He is deeply passionate about guiding families through holistic financial planning that connects their values with their goals, empowering them to live with greater meaning and purpose.
Marc believes that listening well is the foundation of every meaningful plan, and he works to ensure that strategies for investments, retirement, tax planning, and charitable giving reflect what matters most to each family. His purpose-driven approach is rooted in a simple conviction: that true wealth is best measured in alignment with life’s deeper callings.
A graduate of Messiah College and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Marc is actively involved in his community, serving with Young Life and as a board member of the National Christian Foundation Southwest. He and his wife, Emily, live in Central Phoenix with their three children. Outside of work, Marc enjoys hiking Arizona’s trails and cheering for the Buffalo Bills.
Shawna Stapleton, CPA
Tax Partner
Shawna joined Eaton-Cambridge as a CPA in August 2019 and became a tax partner in 2020. An Arizona State University graduate, she specializes in small businesses, nonprofits, entity selection, and complex individual tax situations. She is an avid learner who enjoys staying up-to-date with ever-changing tax regulations.
Shawna loves direct client contact, working on a variety of projects, and assisting business owners with their unique tax situations. She is diligent in sharing her knowledge with clients both in one-on-one settings and through interactive seminars, helping them become better equipped to make sound business decisions relating to taxes.
Having spent most of her life in the Phoenix area, Shawna considers herself an Arizona native. Her desire to help others succeed extends beyond her work into her home life. As a proud mother of six, she values instilling diligence and a strong work ethic in her children. In her free time, Shawna enjoys home projects, spending time with her family, and serving at her local church.
Nathan Bergstrom, CFP®
Partner | Financial Advisor
Nathan joined Eaton Cambridge as a Financial Advisor in November 2021. With a background in business management and entrepreneurship, he has dedicated his career to helping others understand the importance of wise wealth management and the long-term impact of sound financial decisions.
His focused pursuit of financial planning began in 2018, when he started working as a Broker and Financial Advisor while steadily building his knowledge through study and professional licensing. This combination of hands-on experience and continued education has shaped his approach to guiding clients with both confidence and clarity.
Nathan is passionate about helping individuals and families build bright and secure financial futures. He believes education is a key part of that journey, and he makes it a priority to empower clients with the understanding they need to make wise financial choices.
Beyond his professional role, Nathan is deeply committed to his family and community. He and his wife, Megan, are raising four children together and are actively involved in ministry. Nathan also serves on the diaconate at his local church in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Robert Korljan, CPA/PFS
Founder | Partner
Bob is the Founder of Eaton-Cambridge, where he helps individuals and families build and protect their wealth through investment, tax, and estate planning. He is board certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants with the designation of Personal Financial Specialist and is a graduate of Arizona State University and Covenant Theological Seminary.
Before founding Eaton-Cambridge, Bob served as a tax partner at BKD, LLP, one of the largest CPA and advisory firms in the U.S. Today, he focuses on providing clients with practical, proven strategies for growing their wealth and securing their financial futures.
Bob is a trusted advisor to his clients, guiding them not only on financial matters but also through some of life’s most personal and challenging situations. Many turn to him for counsel on investments, estate planning, and sensitive issues such as navigating life after the loss of a spouse, choosing a nursing home, or facing a lawsuit.
Married with seven children and nineteen grandchildren (so far), Bob remains active in his local church and serves as a spiritual mentor to young men and their families.
Jaret Allen
Tax Accountant
Jaret graduated from Arizona Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, where he concentrated on business and accounting while also nurturing his faith. His time at ACU provided him with a strong foundation in business principles and finance, preparing him to excel in diverse areas.
Having spent much of his life on a team, Jaret is motivated by the power of collaboration and believes that people working together can achieve remarkable results. He is also driven by a passion for making a difference in the community and remains eager to learn, adapt, and support others in reaching their goals.
Outside of work, Jaret cherishes spending quality time with his family and loved ones. He finds that they provide encouragement and joy through both good times and challenges, whether in everyday moments or on special occasions.
Rebekah Caisse
Client Solutions Associate
Rebekah graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Originally from Minnesota, she moved to Arizona four years ago and has enjoyed building both her personal and professional life in the area.
In her role as a Client Solutions Associate, Rebekah supports clients and internal teams by helping processes stay organized and running smoothly. She values clear communication, attention to detail, and being a reliable resource for those she works with.
Outside of work, she enjoys trying new things, traveling, and spending time with friends and family, and appreciates opportunities to learn and connect with others.
Krystina Gonzales
Director of Operations & Client Experience
Krystina is the Director of Operations & Client Experience at Eaton-Cambridge, where she supports clients through seamless onboarding and ongoing service needs. Alongside her client-facing role, she plays a key part in the firm’s behind-the-scenes operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
Before joining Eaton-Cambridge, Krystina held client service and operational roles across various industries, building a strong foundation in efficiency, communication, and client care. Driven by a desire to help others, solve complex challenges, and create meaningful impact, she brings a thoughtful, white-glove approach to every client interaction.
Outside of the office, Krystina enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel.
Brian Hagan, ChFC®
Lead Portfolio Manager
Since 2017, Brian has worked across the Payroll/HR and Financial Services industries in roles ranging from technical lead to new hire coach and operations. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College.
Brian’s strengths lie in finding creative ways to serve others. Whether through data analysis, process improvement, or leveraging his strong organizational skills and attention to detail, he thrives in environments where the focus is on empowering people and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. At Eaton-Cambridge, he applies these strengths behind the scenes to help expand the capacity of the firm’s incredible team who serve clients directly.
Outside of work, Brian balances his Type A tendencies through creative outlets such as videography, photography, and writing music. He and his wife, Stephanie, share a love of travel and enjoy documenting and sharing their adventures on Instagram and YouTube. At home in Buffalo, New York, they enjoy tennis, hiking, biking, reading, and planning future journeys together.
Julie Hartshorn, CPA
Accountant
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University in California, Julie and her husband moved to Kauai where they lived for 17 years. There, she owned several small businesses, started a non-profit, and worked as the lead staff accountant for a local CPA before getting her own CPA license.
Throughout her career, Julie has worked with a variety of small businesses in accounting, payroll, and tax. She is passionate about organization, systems, and accuracy. She loves training business owners and their teams to use accounting software and helping to solve problems in accounting.
In 2023, Julie, Jeremy, and their four kids, moved to Arizona for their oldest child's schooling. They are enjoying exploring the area and going on road trips. The family is very active in volunteering in various community and church activities, and Jeremy is now on staff at a local non-profit in Phoenix. They see giving back as part of their family's DNA and find it a great way to meet new people, see new places, and encourage others.
Korey Hodgkinson
Client Solutions Associate
Korey earned his degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University in 2020. He brings a strong foundation in adaptability, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering genuine, high-quality service.
He thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments where consistency and cooperation drive exceptional results. With a keen attention to detail and a dedication to supporting both clients and colleagues, Korey is motivated by opportunities to build meaningful relationships, solve problems effectively, and contribute to shared success.
Outside of his professional life, Korey enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, traveling to new destinations, attending industry and community events, and spending quality time with family.
Luke Odden
Financial Planning Associate
Luke graduated from Georgia Southern University, where he studied finance and played collegiate baseball. Before his time as an Eagle, he attended Brophy College Preparatory, where he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of serving others.
Luke is motivated by the power of collaboration and believes that building real relationships is the key to achieving desired results. He is driven by a passion for helping people reach their goals and finds deep fulfillment in serving clients in ways that go beyond traditional financial planning.
Outside of work, Luke finds joy in spending quality time with his family and two golden doodles. He enjoys golfing, hiking, and biking around the Valley with his friends
Cade Printy
Tax Administrator
Cade graduated from Arizona State University in 2022 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting. His early career experience in the hospitality industry taught him the importance of adaptability, clear communication, and genuine service.
He thrives in team-driven environments where collaboration and consistency create exceptional results. With strong attention to detail and a focus on supporting both clients and colleagues, Cade is energized by opportunities to connect with others, solve problems, and contribute meaningfully to shared goals.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, listening to live music, staying active, and traveling to new places.
Suzanne Svacina, EA
Accountant
Suzie recently relocated from Florida to Arizona, bringing over 43 years of experience in the tax profession to her role as a Senior Tax Accountant with Eaton-Cambridge. She holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from St. Leo University in Florida and has been an Enrolled Agent with the IRS since 1992. She enjoys the ever-changing challenges of tax season and takes pride in helping clients navigate the complexities of tax law.
Outside of work, Suzie loves spending time with her daughter, walking with her dogs, and enjoying nature, music, and books. She is also passionate about volunteering for the annual Alzheimer’s Memory Walk and staying active in her church community.
