We will schedule a 15-minute phone call so we can determine together if our expertise matches your specific needs. If we are not a good fit for each other, we will gladly introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.

We will ask you questions to understand your goals, concerns, and unique financial situation. With the information gleaned from this meeting, along with documents we will ask you to bring to the meeting, we will be prepared to analyze your financial situation and potential solutions.

Once our partnership begins, it's off to the races! Here's what you can expect during the first few months with us.
Shortly after we enter into a formal partnership, we will process your initial fund transfers to our custodian. We will update you regularly as funds are received.
Once funds are received, we will connect with you to discuss your risk tolerance and investment preferences in depth. We will put the investment strategy formulated during this meeting to work in your accounts immediately following this discussion.
Around 60 days into our partnership, we will check in with you to ensure you are feeling confident in our formulated strategy, confirm that you have access to your accounts and planning portal, and answer any questions you may have.
We are not a transactional firm. We believe in regular communication and involvement to ensure you continue to feel confident in your financial life. Here are a few things you can expect from us on an ongoing basis.
We will review your financial picture with you on an annual basis in order to ensure we stay on the path to meeting your goals. We will reach out in advance to schedule a time that works best for you.
Throughout the year, we host educational events that you will be invited to attend. Educational email newsletters are also sent on a regular basis.
We are your “money people” – reach out when you need us! Deposits/withdrawals, general questions, ad hoc meetings and everything in between…we are here for it all.
If you take advantage of our tax preparation & filing service, you can expect us to reach out at the beginning of each new year to collect your year-end forms and begin the filing process for your tax return.
