Our Process

Our process begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your tax, retirement planning, and wealth management needs, ensuring our expertise aligns with your financial goals. We then perform thorough due diligence, meticulously analyzing your unique situation and objectives, to determine if our services are the optimal fit for your journey toward financial success.

The Timeline

Our client onboarding process begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your tax, retirement planning, and wealth management needs, ensuring our expertise aligns with your financial goals.

1

Initial Call

We will schedule a 15-minute phone call so we can determine together if our expertise matches your specific needs. If we are not a good fit for each other, we will gladly introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.

2

Discovery Meeting (1st meeting)

The goal of this meeting is to get to know each other further and fully understand your financial situation. We will ask you questions to understand your goals, concerns, and unique financial situation. With the information gleaned from this meeting, along with documents we will ask you to bring to the meeting, we will be prepared to analyze your financial situation and potential solutions.

3

Our Analysis

We will spend time analyzing your situation so that, together, we can determine exactly what needs to be done to achieve your financial goals.

  • Are you on track to meet your retirement goals?
  • Do you have a tax mitigation strategy?
  • Is your portfolio in alignment with your goals?
4

Analysis and Proposal (2nd meeting)

During this meeting, we will outline the findings of our analysis and explain what exactly needs to be done to achieve your goals. During this meeting, you will experience firsthand the value that we bring to our clients.

At the end of this meeting, we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm or if you would like to sleep on it.

5

Think About It

We want you to make an educated and informed decision. Having been in business for more than 20 years, we are in no rush for you to reach that decision. Prior to deciding whether we should work together, you will want to answer the following questions:

  • Do I like/trust/respect the team at Eaton-Cambridge?
  • Will the benefits they provide exceed their cost?
  • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
6

Paperwork (3rd meeting)

During this meeting, we will make sure all your questions are answered and, if you are ready, start the paperwork to become a client.
