Client Services Champion
Position Summary:
Eaton-Cambridge Inc. is seeking a career-minded team player who wants to grow with us. This client-facing role is key to crafting our dream team of servant leaders. Roles include working alongside two financial advisors in welcoming clients to the firm, preparing and executing various paperwork, organizing client events, strategizing client communication, preparing client reports, and if licensed, rebalancing client portfolios at the financial advisor’s direction. The role is best suited for an operations-oriented professional with an eye for details, strength in process improvement, and unwilling to accept anything but the very best for our clients and staff. In short, you will work alongside our financial advisors to create a world-class service experience for our clients.

Position Requirements:
- Two years-plus financial services experience.

- You have financial securities licenses: Series 65 or Series 7 & 66.
- You have life insurance licensing.
- You are familiar with Redtail CRM, Morningstar Direct, TD Ameritrade VEO, iRebal, eMoney.
Job Duties:
- Handling important detail work that you’re really good at like preparing paperwork, running reports, transferring funds, answering telephones, and scheduling appointments so that our financial advisors can do more of what they’re really good at, like helping clients make good decisions with their money and building relationships with new families who need our help.
