We know that your relationship with you most valued donors is essential to the success of your organization. That's why we make sure you're absolutely comfortable with our process before you decide to work with us and introduce your donors.
Once you're comfortable, we make ourselves available for 10 hrs per month in your office to meet with as many of your donors as possible.
During that first meeting we'll spend time getting to know them personally and understanding their goals and objectives. We'll provide them with a Stewardship Gap Analysis questionnaire that we'll ask they complete and return to us. We'll answer any questions and outline our process.
From there we'll schedule our three planning meetings and get the ball rolling.
At the end of our planning process we will present your donor with a Stewardship Plan that will serve as a guide for their current and testamentary giving. In coordination with their key advisors (usually their Attorney, CPA, and Financial Planner), we'll help in the execution of our recommendations.
